They have great measurement tools to be sure you are getting just the right size for your dog!
- The actual dog crate table is very nice but the description on amazon stated in the description "The cozy interior includes a super-floppable bed custom-made of high-quality foam with a removable, washable outer cover made
from super-soft microfiber." The company has since removed that statement on the Amazon listing once we inquired about where our bed mattress was. Amazon was helpful at assisting us with this problem. Bottom line, we will still have to buy a mattress or padding for the crate but the crate fits in very nicely in our family room as a piece of furniture .
- The dog crate is beautiful, but it is packaged poorly. The wood sides are connected together using plastic pieces that are drilled into the wood. These plastic pieces stick out and consistently break during shipping. I had to return the item twice because it arrived broken. I would love to have this product in my home, but the company does not seem to be able to get one to me that is not broken.
