- If I could rate this a zero I would. The crate showed up defective. After I sent them pictures to prove it (thank you for not taking my word for it), they ignored me. Then I had to get Amazon involved. Amazon worked out an agreement for the items to be returned and for the charge to be removed from my credit card. It's now been 3 weeks since I returned the item, and no refund. So I am still out $300 from these clowns and no crate.
